During your first appointment, Kate will take a full medical history and carry out a detailed assessment of your posture, movement, and spine to help diagnose the problem and identify any underlying causes. Osteopathy takes a holistic approach, focusing on the body as a whole to support recovery, mobility, and overall wellbeing.
Following your assessment and treatment, Kate will discuss her findings with you and recommend a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs and goals.

63 Queensway operates a no show policy to protect its practitioners. Please contact the practitioner or the clinic at your earliest opportunity to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If you do not show for your appointment, or cancel within 24 hours, we will contact you to arrange a full payment for the appointment missed.
