Kate has been in osteopathic practice for over thirty years. She trained at the Maidstone College of Osteopathy and graduated in 1989 as a Classical Osteopath.

Kate also decided to develop her studies of the body through a Post-Graduate vocational diploma in Movement and Dance Studies at The Laban Centre, Goldsmiths.

At your first appointment, Kate will take a a full medical history. Then, movements of the body and spine are assessed to help the Osteopath diagnose the problem and possible causes. Osteopaths assess the entire structure of the body. The Osteopath will offer a full explanation of appropriate treatment and liaise with the client to form a suitable treatment plan.
